"A family business that the head of the family founded forty years ago in La Fuente de San Esteban with the first of the establishments and that in recent years, with the initiative of his children, has expanded to Salamanca capital and Palencia", they have communicated.

Alberto Bernal Hernández, owner of the Palencia establishment, emphasizes that one of the advantages of registering a trademark is "the differentiation from the competition and the security that comes from using the company's name and logo without other businesses being able to copy or take advantage of your image". Alberto Bernal also explained that the cost of registering a trademark is "insignificant" in the long term, bearing in mind that the trademark is granted for 10 years and is "key" to starting a business, "especially if we have aspirations of growth".
